President, Chief Executive Officer
Pierre Naudé played a key role in the founding of nCino and has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors since its inception. With over 30 years of financial technology experience, Pierre is passionate about transforming the financial services industry through innovation, reputation and speed. Under his leadership, nCino has established itself as a premier global FinTech company with seven offices across four continents, more than 900 employees, and a strong company culture that has been recognized with numerous industry awards and accolades. Today, nCino works with over 1,100 financial institutions of all sizes across the world to help them increase efficiency and compliance, grow profitability and improve the client experience. Prior to nCino, Pierre served as the Divisional President of S1 Corporation, and Vice President and Managing Partner of Unisys. Pierre holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from Upper Iowa University.
Chief Financial Officer
David Rudow serves as nCino's Chief Financial Officer and oversees the company's global financial function. Prior to joining nCino in October 2019, he managed the finance team at CentralSquare Technologies, including budgeting and planning, forecasting, investor reporting, treasury and analytics. Prior to that, he held Senior Analyst roles for several leading investment banking and asset management firms including Thrivent Asset Management, Piper Jaffray and J.P. Morgan. David is also a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked at KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Chief Revenue Officer
Josh Glover serves as nCino's Chief Revenue Officer and leads the company's global sales and account management organization. A year one nCino employee, Josh previously led nCino's North America sales team and managed nCino customers' transformation programs while serving in the company's professional services organization. Prior to joining nCino, he served as a Relationship Manager at Live Oak Bank. Josh is a decorated combat veteran who led Marines throughout four deployments during a decade of service as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Chief Product Officer
Trisha Price serves as nCino's Chief Product Officer and leads the nCino team responsible for the design, development and roadmap of the nCino Bank Operating System. She has over 15 years of financial services and technology experiences and prior to joining nCino in 2016, held various positions at Primatics Financial, including Head of Global Sales, and at Fannie Mae. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Mathematics Education from North Carolina State University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies, Software Engineering from Harvard University.
EVP Managing Director – International
Pullen Daniel serves as the EVP, Managing Director of nCino's international operations and leads the nCino teams responsible for sales and account management across all non-U.S.-based accounts as well as spearheads the company's global business expansion. A co-founder of nCino, Pullen has nearly 20 years of financial services and banking experience and was previously the director and vice president of the business advisory group at Live Oak Bank. He holds a B.A. from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Chief Customer Success Officer
Sean Desmond serves as nCino's Chief Customer Success Officer and oversees all of the company's customer experience functions and customer success strategy, including implementation, support, training, integrations and customer success management. Prior to joining nCino in 2013, Sean held various positions at Informatica, most recently serving as Vice President, Global Delivery. Prior to that, Sean served as a Business Analyst at Platinum Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jonathan Rowe serves as nCino's Chief Marketing Officer and leads the teams responsible for the company's global marketing, research, communications, branding and recruiting efforts. A year one nCino employee, Jonathan has been instrumental in establishing and leading all of the company's marketing functions to drive strategy, brand awareness, and market demand. He has also presented at dozens of banking and technology conferences and published numerous articles and whitepapers. Prior to joining nCino, Jonathan was a professor in the Cameron School of Business and director of the Entrepreneurship Center at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He holds an MBA from Babson College and a Ph.D. from the University of Auckland.
EVP Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Davis Brannan serves as nCino's EVP of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances and is responsible for the company's global market strategy, strategic consulting and product partnerships in addition to the company's community citizenship and service organization, nVolve. He brings over 15 years of financial services and technology experience to nCino and previously served as a senior manager in the banking practice at Accenture, where he consulted with enterprise banks around the world. He holds a B.A. in marketing from the University of Georgia.
Chief Corporate Development & Legal Officer and Secretary
Greg Orenstein serves as nCino's Chief Corporate Development & Legal Officer and Secretary and is responsible for the company's corporate strategy, acquisition, investment and legal activities. Prior to joining nCino in 2015, Greg was Of Counsel at the global law firm of DLA Piper and held various positions at S1 Corporation, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Greg holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
